Dish Network and Sling came to Ivey, looking for help developing their first consumer experience in a big box retail environment. Between the two brands, Ivey crafted a retail strategy that came to life through over 800 retail displays at more than 500 Best Buy locations. We designed and manufactured endcap and in-line fixture solutions using traditional and digital tactics to engage customers, simplify the path-to-purchase, and provide insights for our client.

 

RESULTS

  • Retail data collection to optimize content for both Dish and Sling, as well as provide insight into efficient use of supplemental staffing.
  • Fulfillment of omni-channel strategy, aligning key messages and customer experiences across touch points.
